19-year old Jane dreams of becoming a professional MMA fighter and to follow in the footsteps of her mother and coach Cindy, a former kickboxing champion and recovering addict. As Jane's career takes off the two women find themselves trapped in a cycle of trauma and violence, where the only way out is for Jane to break free of Cindy once and for all, and learn how to fight on her own terms.
